“Steve and his crew did a great job on our patio and sitting wall. … The quality of the work, materials and time taken to do it right were excellent. Every evening they took time to clean up the worksite and the project completed on time.”

Patios, Walkways & Steps Questions

Have a question we didn't cover? Call (585) 530-7974 or send us a message.

How long does a paver patio or walkway take to install?

Most patios take about a week, depending on the size and design. A walkway usually takes 2 to 3 days. We give you a timeline before we start and keep you posted along the way.

What goes under the pavers, and why does it matter?

The base. Pavers only stay level if they sit on a properly dug, compacted base with good drainage, so that is where most of the work goes. A patio with a weak base will sink and shift no matter how nice the pavers are.

Can you add steps or sitting walls to my patio?

Yes. Stone steps handle slopes and grade changes, from a couple of steps at the front door to a full set down into the backyard. Sitting walls give you extra seating around the patio. We plan them together so everything fits.

Can you replace my cracked concrete patio or walkway with pavers?

Yes. We can break up and haul away the old concrete, then build your new patio or walkway on a proper base. One crew, one project.

Jobs big or small, we do it all.
