We refill the joints between your pavers with polymeric or resin sand, which hardens to lock them in place and helps keep weeds and ants from coming through.
Ask about sandingReleveling
Sunken, heaved or uneven pavers lifted, the base fixed underneath and the pavers reset flat, so there are no more trip spots or puddles.
Ask about relevelingSealing
A coat of sealer protects your pavers from stains and weather, helps hold the joint sand in place and keeps the color looking rich.

Paver Maintenance Questions
Have a question we didn't cover? Call (585) 530-7974 or send us a message.
How do I know if my pavers need cleaning, sanding, releveling or sealing?
Stains, moss and dirt call for pressure washing. Weeds, ants or loose joints mean the joint sand needs refreshing. Dips, bumps and puddles mean releveling. Faded color or pavers that stain easily point to sealing. Not sure? Send photos or have us take a look.
Why do weeds and ants keep coming up between my pavers?
The joint sand has probably washed out. We refill the joints with polymeric or resin sand, which hardens to lock the pavers together and helps keep weeds and ants from coming through.
Will pressure washing damage my pavers?
Not when it is done right. The key is using the right pressure, then sanding the joints again afterward, since washing can pull sand out. That is why we always follow washing with fresh polymeric or resin sand.
Can you sand and seal in the same trip?
No. After the pavers are sanded, they need time to dry and the new joint sand needs time to set before sealer goes on. Sealing is done on a separate trip so it lasts.
Jobs big or small, we do it all.
